After you install Outlook 2010, Outlook 2013, or Outlook 2016 and try to send mail using the File, Send by email command in other applications, Outlook may not be recognized as the default mail client. You are using Outlook 64-bit and 32-bit programs can't "see" 64-bit programs. You are using Home and Business 2010 "Click to Run" (C2R) suite, which is installed in a virtual drive. Also, you cannot mix-and-match Office 'bitness' - you need to use all 64-bit or all 32-bit Office applications.

After selecting "Mail, Contacts, Calendars," scroll down to the Calendar section, and then select "Sync." This gives you the options for syncing all past events, ranging from two weeks to six months or all past events.

If only past events aren't syncing to your i Phone, enable the option to sync past events in the i Phone's Settings.

To sync your i Phone Calendar app with Microsoft Office 365, make sure your i Phone has access to the Internet, and then launch the "Settings" app, select "Mail, Contacts, Calendars," and then select "Outlook." Enter your email address and password to see a list of options, including syncing calendars.

Using 64-bit Office is not recommended unless you need large (2GB) file support in Excel or Access.
