Intimidating women to men

It's been an odd year for powerful women in the US - with the very first female major party Presidential nominee in Hillary Clinton, 2016 feels like it could be a watershed moment.

While men say they like the idea of dating a woman who’s smarter than they are, when it comes time to meet her, they’re less keen on the brainy lady, a study that will be published in the November journal “Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin” reveals.One thought is that guys associate sexually aggressive women with cheating women.In other words, they fear that sex bombs may also be time bombs — whose minutes of fidelity are ticking down.You may think that something’s wrong with you, being told that everyone else but you is getting married or having babies etc etc...But maybe something is wrong with society itself, and its expectations from women.

The other theory stems from men getting squirmy over role reversals between the two genders.
